Summary
NV Casting does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. The app has no servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party code that talks to the internet. It makes no network requests at all.
Microphone and speech recognition
When you choose to answer a practice question by voice, the app uses the iPhone microphone and Apple's on-device speech recognition to turn your words into text for scoring. On-device recognition is required by the app; audio is processed in memory and is not recorded, saved or sent anywhere. Both permissions are optional: you can type your answers instead.
Data stored on your device
Practice rounds, scores, earned currency, ranks and the resumes you write are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. They are included in your regular iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backups enabled, and they are removed when you delete the app. Resumes you export (PDF, DOCX, plain text, JSON) are handed to the iOS share sheet and go only where you send them.
Apple Intelligence
On devices that support Apple Intelligence, the app may generate optional coaching notes using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. This processing happens on the device under Apple's privacy terms; the app does not send your answers to any service.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
